This new construction floor cleaning solution effectively removes petroleum-based oils, vegetable fats and stubborn grime. The HEG post-construction floor cleaner kills odor-causing bacteria on food and non-food contact surfaces. Our biodegradable formula neutralizes odors, controls microorganisms and removes mold stains from concrete floors. These capabilities ensure spaces meet handover cleanliness standards. Eco Scrub LFX is exempt from EPA registration under FIFRA section 25(b). It ships non-hazardous and works with auto-scrubbers or manual application.

ECO SCRUB LFX can be applied by mop, pump-up sprayer, or through an auto-scrubber. Pre-treatment of severely soiled areas is always advised. Double scrubbing of severely soiled areas is an additional technique to improve the appearance of the surface to be cleaned.

Suggested rates: For daily use or light soils use at 4 ounces per gallon. For medium soils use at 5-8 ounces per gallon. For heavy duty soils use at 8-12 ounces per gallon. For treatment of severely soiled area mix at one to one and allow product to soak for 10 –15 minutes prior to scrubbing.

Rinse empty container with water and discard as per federal,
state and local guidelines.
