This concrete pH neutralizer removes residual etching compounds, oils and contaminants through a proprietary surfactant system. The post-etch concrete rinse encapsulates petroleum-based materials and organic residues for complete removal that leaves surfaces clean and coating-ready.
As an epoxy floor prep rinse, the biodegradable formulation protects floor finishes while eliminating alkaline buildup that conventional cleaners leave behind. The non-corrosive solution ships non-hazardous and features a pleasant fragrance that’s often preferred on professional jobsites.

ECO SCRUB NC can be applied by mop, pump-up sprayer, or through an auto-scrubber. Pre-treatment of severely soiled areas is always advised.
Double scrubbing of severely soiled areas is an additional technique to improve the appearance of the surface to be cleaned.
Suggested rates: For daily use or light soils use at 4 ounces per gallon. For medium soils use at 5-8 ounces per gallon. For heavy duty soils use at 8-12 ounces per gallon. For treatment of severely soiled area mix at one to one and allow product to soak for 10 –15 minutes prior to scrubbing.
Rinse empty container with water and discard as per federal, state and local guidelines.
Eco Scrub NC is packaged in 5 gallon to 275 gallon containers. Bulk quantities are available upon request.
