Xtreme™ MM+ (Manure Management Plus) contains a balanced blend of organic acids, essential oils, and saponins making it a great natural alternative for the control of problematic ammonia odor, darkling beetles, flies and fly larvae. Xtreme™ MM+ is made with FDA recognized GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) ingredients. Xtreme™ MM+ contains no alcohols, iodine, chlorine bleach, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, methanol, quaternary amines or glutaraldehyde. Xtreme™ MM+ is non-carcinogenic, and non-pathogenic.

1st Application (Day 1)
Mix 12 ounces per gallon of MM+ with water into a portable sprayer system. Spray product liberally in order to effectively saturate the manure piles. Product can also be applied liberally to wood walls, beams, ceiling and floor joists or any subsequent areas where darkling beetles are present. The initial treatment may require between 55 to 110 gallons of MM+
2nd Application (Day 30)
Mix 10 ounces per gallon of MM+ with water into a portable sprayer system. Spray product liberally in order to effectively saturate the manure piles. Product can also be applied liberally to wood walls, beams, ceiling and floor joists or any subsequent areas where darkling beetles are present.
Subsequent Monthly Applications (Day 60, 90, 120…) Mix 8 ounces per gallon of MM+ with water into a portable sprayer system. Spray product liberally in order to effectively saturate the manure piles. Product can also be applied liberally to wood walls, beams, ceiling and floor joists or any subsequent areas where darkling beetles are present.
Rinse empty container with water and discard as per federal, state and local guidelines. Suggested shelf life of Xtreme MM+ is 2 years. Xtreme MM+ test strips can be requested from your supplier to verify product activity.
Xtreme MM+ is packaged in 5 gallon to 275 gallon containers.
