GLYPHO-SAFE®

GLYPHO-SAFE® is leading the way in pioneering effective chemistries to replace commonly used herbicides which contain the active ingredient known as glyphosate. While it is well known that sanitizers, disinfectants and traditional herbicides must be registered with the EPA’s Pesticide and Herbicide division, there are some exemptions. Our product is “EXEMPT” from registration under FIFRA section 25(b). With all the lawsuits that have sprung up surrounding glyphosate based herbicides; GLYPHO-SAFE® has answered the demand by offering a herbicide that contains no glyphosate in the formulation. GLYPHO-SAFE® offers an immediate solution to help lower your exposure to glyphosate based formulas. GLYPHO-SAFE® utilizes a very effective combination of essential oils that are derived from plants. It couples this with other commonly used household ingredients like vinegar and molasses to provide addition benefits to the formulation. Finally, GLYPHO-SAFE® is finished off with our patented inert ingredient called Glypho-Syn®. Our ingredient, Glypho-Syn®, is listed by the EPA as an INERT ingredient and is glyphosate free.

GLYPHO-SAFE® is a fast acting, ready to use, non-selective herbicide. It is designed for use on targeted weeds and grasses in flowerbeds, gardens, shrubs and for weeds and grasses along fence lines, patios, driveways, sidewalks and any other areas that require weed control. Repeated applications may be required for larger perennial weeds or if re-growth occurs.

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Store in a cool dry place. Do not reuse or refill this container. Do not use bleach or caustic to rinse container. Triple rinse container thoroughly with fresh water and dispose of rinsed material per local ordinances.

GLYPHO-SAFE® should be applied at a rate of 6.0 to 14 fluid ounces per 100 square feet when skies are sunny and no rainfall is predicted within 2 to 6 hours of application. Use the higher rate when weeds are dense or foliage is more pronounced.

For best results apply GLYPHO-SAFE® when temperatures are between 65° – 90° F and when the winds are calm. Best results are achieved in the spring or early summer when young weeds are growing more actively and on small weeds less than 3-5 inches high. Only contacted vegetation will be affected. For heavy duty spot spaying, apply to target weeds in a volume that completely soaks the leaves.

    • This product is exempt from EPA registration under the minimal risks pesticides exemption FIFRA 25(b).

Spray equipment must be cleaned out after each application. Avoid using spray equipment with metal working parts such as metal spray lines and nozzles. Spray drift may damage desirable plants. Do not apply to reactive metals such as aluminum, tin, iron and items such as fencing or lawn furniture. Avoid over-spray onto masonry structures, sidewalks or driveways. If product contacts these surfaces, staining or mild etching of the surfaces may occur. Do not apply more than one time every two weeks.
