Neutral pH Cleaner & Degreaser

ECO SCRUB NC is unlike any industrial cleaning and automatic floor scrubbing product in the world. Its superior cleaning ability comes from a proprietary surfactant system that safely lifts dirt and grease away from any surface without the use of highly caustic cleaning agents that have been shown to harm floor finishes and coatings. It easily removes petroleum-based oils, vegetable and animal fats, along with dirt and grime. Other products containing caustics which generally increase the pH of the cleaner to levels above 11 are known to destroy finishes over time and repeated usage. ECO SCRUB NC encapsulates each hydrocarbon molecule, effectively lifting it from the surface. This also means that ECO SCRUB NC will not break down the hydrocarbons to where they absorb water, picking up weight, sinking them to the bottom of the grease trap or containment unit. Greases and oils remain in a state that makes them easy to remove.

EC SCRUB NC has a pleasant fragrance that makes it the first choice of maintenance professionals. ECO SCRUB NC ships non-hazardous, non-corrosive and is non-regulated per the US DOT.

ECO SCRUB NC can be applied by mop, pump-up sprayer, or through an auto-scrubber. Pre-treatment of severely soiled areas is always advised. Double scrubbing of severely soiled areas is an additional technique to improve the appearance of the surface to be cleaned.

Suggested rates: For daily use or light soils use at 4 ounces per gallon. For medium soils use at 5-8 ounces per gallon. For heavy duty soils use at 8-12 ounces per gallon. For treatment of severely soiled area mix at one to one and allow product to soak for 10 –15 minutes prior to scrubbing.

Rinse empty container with water and discard as per federal, state and local guidelines.

Eco Scrub NC is packaged in 5 gallon to 275 gallon containers. Bulk quantities are available upon request.
